What we collect
When you send an appointment request, fleet request or message, we receive what you type: your name, phone, email, vehicle details, your description of the problem, any pre-diagnostic summary you attach and your preferred date and language.
How we use it
Only to contact you about your request, schedule service and keep a record of the work. We don’t sell or rent your information.
The Pre-Diagnostic Check
Your answers stay in your browser tab (session storage) so they can move to the appointment form. They contain vehicle and symptom details only, and they’re cleared when you close the tab or choose Start over. Nothing is sent until you submit a form.
Your choices
To ask what we have, correct it or delete it, call (805) 814-0323. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act where it applies.
