01Appointments and cost
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Ipatzi Mobile Fleet Services works by appointment only. Call (805) 814-0323 or send an appointment request. A request isn’t a confirmed appointment until we call you back to set the day and time.
Can I request an appointment on Saturday?
Yes. Saturday appointments are available by appointment only. Our regular hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and we’re closed on Sunday.
How much does a diagnostic appointment cost?
The diagnostic evaluation is $180. It covers the time to test your vehicle and find the cause of the problem. If you go ahead with a qualifying repair, part of the diagnostic fee may be credited toward it. We’ll tell you how much applies when we go over your estimate.
Will I know the cost before the repair starts?
Yes. After the diagnosis you get an estimate for the repair, and no repair work starts until you approve it.
What information should I provide before an appointment?
Your vehicle’s year, make and model, the mileage, what you’re noticing and when it happens (cold starts, braking, highway speed), any warning lights, and recent repairs. A short video of a noise helps too. The Pre-Diagnostic Check puts all of this together for you.
Where is the work done?
We’re based in Camarillo and serve Ventura County. When we call to confirm your appointment, we’ll tell you where and how the work will be done for your vehicle.
02Repairs and warranty
Does Ipatzi repair imported and European vehicles?
Yes. Jose works on European, domestic and imported vehicles. If you’re not sure about yours, call and ask before you book.
Does Ipatzi provide a repair warranty?
Yes. Repairs come with a one-year warranty. Ask for the full warranty details when you review and approve your estimate.
What happens during a diagnostic appointment?
Jose confirms the symptom, checks the systems involved and tests the likely causes, so the repair goes after the real problem instead of guessing with parts. Then he explains what he found and your options in plain language, in English or Spanish.
Is the Pre-Diagnostic Check a diagnosis?
No. It’s general guidance that helps you describe the problem and choose the right service. Only an inspection by a qualified technician can find the cause. If something feels unsafe, stop driving and call.
03Fleet service
Where in Ventura County do you offer mobile fleet service?
From our base in Camarillo, Ipatzi offers mobile fleet repair and maintenance in Camarillo, Ventura, Oxnard, Port Hueneme, Santa Paula and Ojai. Vehicles somewhere else in Ventura County? Ask, and we’ll tell you whether we can help. Send a fleet request with your vehicles and their location, and we’ll confirm what can be done on-site and when.
What kinds of fleet vehicles do you service?
Commercial vehicles including larger delivery-style trucks, along with the cars and light trucks we service every day. List your vehicle types in the fleet request and we’ll confirm what we can take on.
Can every repair be done on-site?
It depends on the repair. Some work can be done where your vehicles are parked; some needs shop equipment. We’ll tell you which before anything is scheduled.
04Language
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Service is available in English and Spanish, from your first call to the explanation of your repair.
Book with a Master Technician.
By appointment: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturdays by appointment. In English or Spanish.
